I am a highly experienced private chef with over 20 years of international experience, having worked across Qatar, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, as well as within South Africa’s leading culinary destinations including the Winelands, Plettenberg Bay, and Johannesburg. My background includes luxury hotels, private estates, and high-profile clients, where precision, discretion, and consistency are essential.

My cooking style is inspired by Mediterranean and global influences, with a strong focus on bold, comforting flavours and beautifully executed dishes. From refined plated dinners to relaxed shared experiences, I design each menu around the client, the setting, and the occasion.

I bring a calm, professional presence into every kitchen and adapt naturally to the rhythm of each home — whether delivering a formal dining experience or a more relaxed, interactive atmosphere. I am comfortable working independently or engaging with guests who enjoy being part of the experience.
