I’m Chef FRANNA, a passionate private chef and caterer with over 20 years of professional culinary experience. My journey has taken me from South Africa to international kitchens, luxury hospitality, private estates and exclusive homes, cooking for families, celebrations and high-profile clients.
My cooking is inspired by my South African roots and my love for Mediterranean, French and international cuisine. I enjoy combining classic culinary techniques with bold, comforting flavours and a modern South African touch. From an elegant plated dinner to a relaxed family feast or a beautiful outdoor braai, I believe great food should feel special while still being enjoyable and memorable.
For me, being a private chef is about much more than cooking. I take pride in understanding my clients, creating personalised menus and taking care of the details so they can relax, enjoy their guests and make wonderful memories around the table.
