A professional chef with 17 nearly 17 years experience in culinary world. It a started at relish and nova restaurant on cape town were i got my first test of the kitchen world, after a year i moved to portofino resturant were i experienced some italian cuisine under executive chef Steve. I then moved to Fork tapas restaurant in cape town were i did experience some mexican tapas which we combined and crafted our own south african style tasty tapas, i rose through ranks and eventually became head chef and head previledge of an appearance in tv food program at some stage. 2017 i then transferred to knife restaurant as a head chef again until its closure due to covid. Then 2021 i then moved to coffee lounge for some indian halaal cuisine still as head chef until it changed the name to century lounge doing medditerranian cuisine.
