With experience spanning Italian trattorias to lively pubs, my journey led me to Australia, where I helped launch a bar and cafe. Yet, it's the intimacy of private chef work that truly captivates me. I cherish the opportunity to connect with clients, crafting bespoke meals infused with my culinary flair. Beyond the kitchen, my passions for wine and sports drive me to excel in all aspects of life.
