Spending over a decade catering to charter guests has taught me that exceptional hospitality is about far more than delicious food. It’s about the vibe - understanding people, anticipating their needs, creating an atmosphere, paying attention to the smallest details and making the entire experience feel effortless.
I love designing personalised dining experiences that combine thoughtful menus with inspired tablescapes, excellent service and a strong sense of occasion. My cooking is influenced by my travels, the places I’ve lived and worked, and my love of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
