Chef Jordi Jordi

I have 10 years of experience working as a professional chef. I've spent most of my career working in 5 Star hotels. These range from The Cullinan Hotel, The Table Bay Hotel and recently The Hyatt Regencey. Working in these establishments has given the opportunity to cook for some high profiled guests. At The Cullinan, I cooked and took charge of preparing meals for rugby teams, such as the Springboks.

I also had the opportunity to work for/ alongside Jenny Morris back in 2021, where I did a few private events with her and media opportunities. My most recent venture was working on the cruise liners, where I worked alongside international chefs.
