I am a qualified professional chef. I have my degree in Hospitality Management and have 4 years worth of experience in hotel and restaurant service and 1 year experience in teaching Consumer Studies. I have worked in all sections of the kitchen mainly pastry and cold section. I also have experience in food styling and food media.
