I have worked 4 years within the hospitality industry, 3 of them being in the pastry department but also jumping in and out of the hot and cold sections when needed. I have a large verity of dishes that ive been studying and working on to elevate and improve, I may have mostly worked in pastry but have knowledge of all sectors of the kitchen meaning that ive gone through trial and error to improve not just my cooking skills but also my knowledge on different food flavors and bring out their full potential. I have worked for one of the top catering companies in the western cape that has gone from small privet functions in your home to as large as catering for 3000 people a day at the 7s rugby in caoe town.
