Get to know me better

I am a Silwood School of Cookery trained chef with experience working in some of Cape Towns top restaurants such as La Colombe and Fyn.

I am a professional having studied at Silwood School of cookery in Cape Town and given the opportunity to work in fine dining kitchens all over Cape Town. I have spent the last 2 years working in Glasgow, most recently at the Michelin accredited Margo where I was a part of the team that retained the restaurants Bib Gourmand for a second year. I also have extensive Italian experience having worked in the number one Italian restaurant in the city.

My comprehensive training and experience in a myriad of different restaurants has made me well versed in many different cuisines making me the perfect candidate to cater to whatever culinary needs you may have. The possibilities for your special occasion are limitless
