For me, cooking is part craft, part instinct, and a lot of heart. It’s where structure meets creativity — knowing the rules well enough to bend them. Cooking is how I tell stories without words, pulling from memories, culture, and whatever mood I’m in that day, then turning it into something people can actually feel when they eat.

It’s also about care. Every dish has someone on the other side of it, so intention matters — from choosing ingredients to how everything comes together on the plate. I pay attention to the small things: texture, balance, timing, and knowing when to stop. That’s where good food becomes memorable food.

Cooking keeps me learning and grounded. Trends change, but solid technique and honest flavor never go out of style. For me, cooking isn’t about ego — it’s about connection, growth, and showing up, plate after plate.
