I enjoy seeing the smile on an individuals face after enjoying what I’ve prepared for them, it gives me a sense of peace and comfort.
I am a young chef and new to the industry but I love the pressure of being on a kitchen and cooking for people because I live by the saying pressure makes diamonds, I enjoy cooking because to me it’s more than just food it’s a way of expressing myself in the way a plate and prepare a dish, I put my all into the end product and love what I do with a passion.
