I am a professional Chef with 12 years qualified experience. I've been blessed with opportunities that have seen me travel across the world in roles that seemed much too big for me at first, but as always I would never back down from any challenge. I learnt very early in my career that in order to be amongst the greats in my field I had to work with the best and ever since I've been seeking out mentors and opportunities to broaden my palette.
