With over 7 years in the industry, I've worked at esteemed establishments all over South Africa, such as Brass Bell, Bukela Game Lodge, Manna Epicure, and Food Jams Cape Town . My experience spans international cuisines, including Asian, Mediterranean, North African, American, and European.
I specialize in crafting distinctive dining experiences that showcase South Africa's rich gastronomic landscape, using locally sourced, seasonal produce. As a private chef serving Cape Town and East London, I take pride in cooking for families and intimate groups, tailoring menus to each client's preferences.
