I am a Private chef with 5-7 years experience as well as a cookbook contributor. I particularly love family style dining. My belief is the imperative link that brings people together. I can create customized menu's with your dietary preference, taste or restrictions for your dinner party suited to any occasion. This includes using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to create delicious meals.

Chef Mo was absolutely incredible. I needed to coordinate an intimate private dinner for my boss's birthday. Being on a completely different time zone, I was pretty worried about everything going smoothly and seamlessly but she gave me such peace of mind. She was professional, reliable, and exceeded all expectations to make the evening special. My bosses couldn't stop raving about the food. We will definitely hire her again in the future! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Chef Mo is an incredibly talented chef! She was very responsive and flexible to tailor the menu and service to our liking. The meal was delicious and better than many highly rated restaurants that we’ve been to in Cape Town. A true 5 star experience - tasty food, beautiful presentation and great service. Chef Mo and her assistant left our kitchen impeccably clean and organized, too, and even left some delicious leftovers organized in our fridge. Overall, Chef Mo made our night extremely special and memorable. We highly recommend hiring her, and would definitely hire her again if we come back to Cape Town.
