Down to earth chef, that would like to give food memories to the world.
I have been cooking from the age of 7 and have been a chef for the last 31 years. Traveled the world and worked in many countries and private yachts, loges, game farms, from large industrial kitchens to a kitchenette or an open bush fire. I love cooking, experimenting and learning. I believe my plate is my canvas, every meal is a picture, every taste a celebration in your mouth and a memory in your heart.
