By day (and often night), I’m a chef at one of the country’s top fine-dining restaurants—cooking is my passion, my art, and sometimes my sleep-deprivation excuse. ????

I’m super driven when it comes to my goals (both in the kitchen and life), but outside work, I’m actually pretty quiet and kind of shy. People are often surprised by that since chefs usually have big personalities—but I’d rather let my food do the talking. ????
