After refining my craft in Portugal’s vibrant food scene, I’ve returned to the Mother City with a passion for creating unforgettable, restaurant-quality dining experiences in the comfort of your own space. My journey abroad exposed me to diverse culinary influences, techniques, and a deep appreciation for bold, balanced flavours — all of which now shape my approach to private catering.
