I am chef, with 5 years experience and going i the kitchen, trained by 1 of the best schools in South Africa called Silwood school of cookery, I have worked at finest restaurants including the best in Capetown at the moment...it has been my passion to be chef or just make food in general as it gives me joy seeing people smile, eating what is have prepared...I am constantly testing new recipes and ideas and I believe cooking is part of who I am..I talk sing breath food..
