I have been a food artisan since I was 10. Whatever ingredient I wasn't able to find - think buttermilk, gluten free pizza bases, specific jams - I would simply make myself. That's how I excel in cooking and baking with a specialty in crafting dishes from scratch. Over the past years of cooking, the kitchen and its chaos has been where I find peace. Nothing beats the accomplish I feel when people take a bite out of my food and that first smirk that creeps onto my clients' faces.

My dishes honor the cultures and people that all foods originate from. I also believe that food is for everyone, regardless of allergies or preferences based health or religion or culture, everyone deserves good food.

Beyond being a private chef, I also run a bakery and a meal kit prep app.

My friends tease me for spending so much time in the kitchen, but once they taste my food, they try to chase me back in!
