I'm a 3rd year graduate from Silwood-School-of-Cookery and now have my Grande Cordon Bleu Diplome. I have experience in some of Cape Town's fine dining superstars which ranges from PotLuck, la colombe and the Waterside where i completed my 3rd year. I would love tot cook for you and your family if you would have me.
