I am a professionally trained chef, with three years of cooking and restaurant experience. I studied at Silwood School Of Cookery where i obtained Le Cordon Bleu Grande Diplome. Classically French Fine Dining trained, and having worked for the last 15 months at a Top 10 restaurant that focusses on Global-inspired tapas, my food knowledge of different cuisines is exceptional. I am hard working, a perfectionist, have good work ethic and extremely comfortable around people. have over a year of private chef experience part time and now have chosen this as my full-time career.
