I’m Chef Sive, a South African private chef with a love for turning meals into experiences. My cooking blends fine dining precision with bold, soulful flavours inspired by my travels and the people I cook for.
I’ve had the privilege of designing and executing multi-course dinners for families, executives, world leaders, and private events across South Africa and Central Africa, Australia and Canada. Most recently, I served as a private chef for a high net worth family in Kinshasa — an experience that deepened my passion for creating food that brings people together across cultures.
Each menu I design is about balance, elegance, and storytelling. I want every plate to reflect both skill and emotion.
Whether it’s a six-guest dinner or a full twelve-seat fine dining service, I bring the same focus every time — refined flavour, beautiful presentation, and genuine hospitality.
