I am a professional chef with seven years of experience in the culinary industry. I have worked in several fine dining establishments, including The Waterside, and collaborated with Chef Matt Manning at Chef Studio on private events and in-home dining services. I am currently employed as a Sous Chef at Bellagio, while also providing private catering services.
My career began at Mondial, where I completed my internship as a culinary student and gained my first experience in a professional kitchen.
