I am a professional chef with at least 5 years experience emanating from the time I finished my culinary course at International Hotel School here in capetown. Having worked in numerous top class restaurants has earned me so much culinary knowledge and experience. I am also well versed with international cuisine because I have travel the world mostly Europe.
