My name is Daniela Dal Maso. The daughter of a macrobiotic father, I grew up watching him create a wide variety of dishes from scratch. I am a professional chef with 22 years of experience. I studied at IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía) and have worked in restaurants, hotels, catering events, and private homes. Born in Buenos Aires, I live in the Boedo neighborhood.
