Chef Stanislas Beziat

Stan produced a wonderful family lunch for us in Provence. The food was beautifully prepared, authentic and delicious, with something everyone enjoyed, from the adults to the children. Stan was professional, friendly, accommodating and left the kitchen spotless. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional private chef.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Stanislas during a week-long holiday in Provence to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. Over the course of three evenings, he curated and cooked 3 exceptional 3 course of 3 different cuisines for our family that made the celebration truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, he was attentive and collaborative, taking inspiration from a menu we had in mind, blending it seamlessly with his own sample menus, and adding his own creative twist. The result was a perfectly balanced dining experience that felt both personal and elevated. Beyond the food itself, Stanislas created a warm and relaxed atmosphere, making the evenings feel both celebratory and intimate. It was a real highlight of our holiday, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism he brought to this special occasion. I would not hesitate to recommend Stanislas to anyone looking for a private chef experience that is tailored, creative, and truly memorable.

Stan’s food was delicious. It was varied and he made so many dishes, and he catered very well to vegetarians. He was also very flexible with different cuisines.

Stanislas was very punctual, friendly and was easy to accommodate timing changes. Food was delicious and will definitely use him again.

Chef stanislas was amazing! The dishes he prepared were incredible and we are so happy we hired him. His communication beforehand was excellent and helped make the process smooth. He prepared dinner in the outdoor kitchen and presented it to us on the rooftop terrace. Looking forward to hiring him again in the future

Stanley was extremely professional and very nice. His food was excellent. We would hire him again.

We cannot praise our chef, Stanislas Beziat, enough. This was truly a magical meal and overall experience. He was perfectly on time and prepared dinner efficiently and promptly. We asked for an 8:00 pm dinner and it was ready to the minute. He explained each course thoroughly, each plate was beautifully presented and was expertly executed. Our starter of small bites included tomato and anchovy on toasted bread, mini carrot soufflés and small zucchini bread bites (hard to describe). At first I thought he had prepared too many but they were so light yet flavorful, they were all gone in a few minutes. Next up we had a chilled tomato soup with burrata. For me, this was the showstopper of the evening. It was a warm evening and we dined on the terrace so the chilled soup was perfect. It was intensely tomato with hints of basil and cucumber. The buratta gave it a bit of heft and richness. I could have had a few more bowls of it. That soup was something remarkable- I still think about it a lot! Following the soup we had a main course of herbed lamb chops with ratatouille and potatoes. We specifically requested the ratatouille, and it was a lovely addition (one friend who claimed she didn't really like eggplant said it changed her mind). The lamb was perfectly cooked with a lovely minty crust and a delicious jus accompanying, while the potatoes were roasted to a beautiful goldenness but creamy and luscious on the inside. Simply delicious and so perfectly capturing the flavors of the region. Finally, dessert was a tarte tatin with a citrus ice cream. It was as delicious at the rest of the meal. One friend commented it was the best apple pie he'd ever had and was particularly fond of the intense citrus of the ice cream (he loves anything lemon). All in all, it was a beautiful and exquisite meal and everyone later commented how much they enjoyed it and how special it was. A final word about the Chef. Beyond his flawless professionalism and skill, Stanislaus was incredibly warm and friendly. He chatted with us a bit after the meal and we all felt like we made a friend that evening. To anyone reading this, Stanislaus made that evening something beyond just a meal. He made it one of those moments you remember for the rest of your life. He ensured that everything came together in a way that guaranteed a perfect experience and will certainly stay in our memories forever.

Stanislas Beziat prepared a fabulous menu for us at our Airbnb in Provence. He was kind and professional and the presentation was amazing. Highly recommend!
