I am an Italian private chef with an international background built in Michelin-starred kitchens across the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Italy. My culinary philosophy combines technical precision with the authenticity of Italian regional cuisine, creating refined experiences tailored to every guest.
My journey has taken me from London to some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens, allowing me to develop a contemporary style rooted in respect for exceptional ingredients, seasonality and craftsmanship. Every menu is designed exclusively for the occasion, balancing elegance, flavour and storytelling.
Whether it is an intimate dinner, a family celebration, a luxury villa stay or a private event, my goal is always the same: to create a memorable dining experience where every detail is carefully considered.
My cuisine is deeply inspired by the traditions of Puglia and the Italian Alps, interpreted through modern techniques, fermentation, open-fire cooking and a strong focus on local products.
I offer bespoke tasting menus, vegetarian and seafood experiences, wine pairings in collaboration with sommeliers, and fully personalized culinary journeys that transform every meal into a unique occasion.
