More than ten years in culinary .Born under volcano Etna in Sicily I am passionate about italian delicatessen and fermentation ,sourdough bread and pizza. Several kitchen experiences in Europe ans Asia permitted me to create fusion dishes with a main focus on vegetarian and vegan taste experiences. Forest forager on my free time.
