I am a creative chef who absolutely loves to ccoking

I am an Argentinian Chef with more than 25 years´ experience. My career studies were done mainly in France. After following a path in Pâtisserie in several 5 star hotels and restaurants, I decided to turn into gastronomy education, being at first professor and after promoted to a managing director. I was in the post for five years. Between 2009 and 2015 I was owner and Executive chef at VIOKO, an ice cream and chocolate shop in Barcelona.
