We are David and Aymeric
We are French chefs based here in Melbourne between the two of us we have more than 20 years of experience on the industry, each one of us has an specialty and that is why we work as a team; David is from the South of France he has been cooking since he was 15 years old, after working in different venues on The French riviera he then realize his dream was to open his own place which he did, and was such a success that allowed him to open a second venue.
After running two successful venues for 7 years he decided to come to Australia where he is discovering new flavors. David’s cuisine is based on Mediterranean with French and Italian influences.
My specialty is pastries, I started working as a chef when I was 15 years old, at the age of 18 I went to Paris to learnt at the three Michelin stars restaurant Guy Savoy as a Pastry chef. then I came to Australia where I have lived in Melbourne since 2015 and love the fact that here I have been able to taste cuisine from all over the world.
During all those years I have gain professional experienced in chocolate, baking, pastries and cooking.
We are both passionate about what we do, we enjoy the cooking aspect of it, but also the experience that our cooking can proportionate to people, to see how people exchange laughter and memories during a meal, that the reason we do it.
We both hope to meet you soon and be part of your personal chef experience.

Aymeric & David were excellent. They made my husband's birthday so special and easy to arrange. They arrived on time, and prepared the food discreetly and independently. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious - the printed menu was a lovely touch. They were professional, clean, and pleasant company in our kitchen. Would highly recommend them to anyone that loves french cuisine.
