Professional Head-Chef specialising in Spanish and Italian cuisine

I am a professional chef of 15 years experience, most recently Head-Chef of Nomada Food and Wine in Fitzroy. One of the highest rated Spanish restaurants in Melbourne. I specialise in Spanish cuisine, Italian cuisine, plant-based cuisine, wood fire and charcoal cooking, seafood and sourdough baking. I am also passionate and knowledgable about asian cuisine, particularly Japanese. Aside from cooking I have professional experience as a bar manager and as an event co-ordinator. I am very personable and friendly and enjoy entertaining and educating. I am happy to cater a service to fit any need, from personal cooking tutorials and meal planing to catering private events
