A Calm Passionate person, that enjoys the little things and laughs even in the tough times, life is too short to be stressed.
A story on a plate, defines my cooking style, 15 years of experience in the kitchen, travelling Australia, working in 2 Hat restaurants to Michelin level in Japan for over a year. It all goes onto the plate, creating an experience for you to enjoy and once your hear what the food is about it makes the food that much better, like when you learn the story behind. Song or poetry.
Food and Dining is my passion, creating that evening that will be memorable because I have put lol of my experiences travel and what I believe is the tastiest result.
