I am a very passionate chef and have been cooking professionally for 12 years. In that time I have completed an apprenticeship and obtained my trade certificate and my certificate III in commercial cookery and have spent hours of personal time delveloping new skills and knowledge to further my career as a chef. Being a chef is something that I have always aspired to be and I pride myself in the high standards and attention to detail I hold for the food I produce. I have a diverse range of experience and have obtained many skills and knowledge across all aspects of cookery
