I'm a Private Chef who prides myself on delivering and event that not only has memorable food but an event where you're the guest.
I am a professional chef with experience in fine dining including Sake Restaurant & Bar (The Rocks), The Boat House Shelly Beach, function centres including the ICC Sydney, Sheraton Four Points Sydney & Novotel Homebush and Cafes and Bistros including. I have presented both in store and on TV (TVSN) for cookware brands including Essteele, Anolon, Raco & Hestan. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts College Sydney.
I am the co-founder and executive chef of Jon-Patrick Pty Ltd a private dining and events management company. Through this we also work closely with after-school and school holiday cooking programs teaching children to cook and to have a positive relationship with food. We also offer in-home group cooking classes.
