I started cooking dinners for my family at 8 yrs old and never looked back. I have worked in professional kitchens since I was 16 and finished my training in five star hotels, castles and country manors working with talented French and European chefs throughout the United Kingdom.
Returning to New Zealand, I worked with top New Zealand Chefs, before relocating to Australia and working in 5 star hotels and fine dining restaurants in Sydney, Airlie Beach, and Perth before finding myself in Port Douglas. After 2 years as Executive Chef at both the Peppers Beach Club & Spa and then Nautilus Restaurant,
I now devote my time to producing the finest food and events for my personal clients.
