I'm May, I am a professional chef, based in Sydney and Melbourne. I have worked in London, Paris and Denmark. While in Paris I trained with world-renowned Master Baker Gontran Cherrier and developed my foundation cooking skills and worked in some of the city's most celebrated restaurants such as La Cloche D'or before relocating to Australia where I have worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants including The Butler, in Potts Point.
I have had the opportunity to work in some great restaurants for for some fantastic clients. This has allowed me to push my ideas and my interpretation of good food which is – colour, vibrancy, creativity, flavour and passion.
