I am a professional chef with over 7 years of experience. I studied Commercial cookery and hospitality at TAFE. I worked at great restaurants like Amelia Park restaurant in Margaret River.

I studied Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery And Diploma Of Hospitality Management at TAFE in Australia, Degree in Tourism and Hospitality and a Postgraduate in Project Management.
I worked at great restaurants In Brazil and Australia. I am passionate about gastronomy. For me, cooking is an art.
My gastronomic base is formed by Indigenous, European, and African influences, which are the Brazilian gastronomic base.
That's why my work involves a lot of Mediterranean cuisines, but I also like to work with fusion cuisine, where I can create new dishes and develop new flavors.
