My name is Penélope. I hail from Uruguay. I lived in Japan for many years. Now, I am living in Sydney
I have been working in this profession for 19 years. My cooking/working experience includes: barbecues, baking, pastry, sushi, and all kinds of European and Argentina/Uruguay cuisine along with wines!
