My 20 years of culinary experience has taught me lots about what cooking is. international experience of working for many 5star city hotels and resorts plus in prestigious luxury islands has given me the edge to create fine food.
Experience of opening my own restaurant "Block 50" , Hubert estate Cold stream Yarra valley, Altitude in Hobart gave me the knowledge of creating winning menus to make a business successful.
I am also a culinary judge of the Australia culinary federation & I can humbly mention I have worked hard to win the best restaurant in QLD in 2017 (Waterline restaurant) & to win the Australia Good Food Guide Readers choice award for whole time I was working as chef for Risby Cove in Strahan Tasmania.
My friendly approach and fun character is helping me to create a memorable experience for guests as Chef.
