Yukiko Anschutz, head chef of Tuk Tuk Catertering has a passion for Western, Japanese and South EasAsian cuisine with over 25 years of experience
My past 25 years of cooking experience includes a career working at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Hotel for in the banquet kitchens and the award winning Shiki restaurant, tutoring for the Institute of TAFE and as a guest demonstrator at major culinary events including the 2006 Seafood Soiree and the 2005 central market Tasting of South Australia. Yukiko has a great depth of knowledge for Chinese, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese cuisine.
I have established Tuk Tuk Catering business in 2019 and a popularity of the catering business is now in a big demand.
