I’ve been cooking since I was 13, always curious to explore the flavors and stories behind every ingredient. Born in France and shaped by life in New Zealand, India, Italy, and beyond, my kitchen is a crossroads of cultures.

My foundation is Mediterranean, but Asian influences run deep in my cooking. I practice intuitive cooking, letting the senses guide the process, and I find joy in blending unexpected flavours into something soulful and nourishing.

Cinta was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and more than enough for a bunch of hungry grown men. ;-) We hope to repeat this in the future!

It was a wonderful vegetetarian menu with generous portions and a lot of novel combinations of ingredients. We requested a lactose and gluten free menu and it was incredible how the adaptations were made by the chef. Kitchen was spotless afterwards and service was warm yet very discreet . Highly recommended.
