I create intuitive, sensory-rich dishes that celebrate culture, creativity, and connection

I’ve been cooking since I was 13, always curious to explore the flavors and stories behind every ingredient. Born in France and shaped by life in New Zealand, India, Italy, and beyond, my kitchen is a crossroads of cultures.

My foundation is Mediterranean, but Asian influences run deep in my cooking. I practice intuitive cooking, letting the senses guide the process, and I find joy in blending unexpected flavours into something soulful and nourishing.
