I’ve been cooking since I was 13, always curious to explore the flavors and stories behind every ingredient. Born in France and shaped by life in New Zealand, India, Italy, and beyond, my kitchen is a crossroads of cultures.

My foundation is Mediterranean, but Asian influences run deep in my cooking. I practice intuitive cooking, letting the senses guide the process, and I find joy in blending unexpected flavours into something soulful and nourishing.

Had a first chef canceled and the Takeachef team went above and beyond to provide a suitable replacement in Chef Cintamani. Being an all guys party and the Chef only serving vegetarian disces, at first we were a bit hesitant and didn’t know what to expect since it was the only option that was available last minute. However, she managed to win us over quickly with an amazing appetizer. The following dishes were equally tasty. Other aspects were positive as well, so both Chef Cintamani and Takeachef come highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen privaten Koch für einen besonderen Abend gebucht und insgesamt war es wirklich eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Die beiden waren pünktlich vor Ort, super organisiert und haben alles in Ruhe und professionell vorbereitet. Um 19 Uhr stand das Essen wie vereinbart auf dem Tisch – perfekt getimed. Die Gerichte waren optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet und geschmacklich wirklich super lecker – man hat gemerkt, dass viel Mühe und Können dahintersteckt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings, dass bei einer der Vorspeisen zwei Portionen gefehlt haben, sodass zwei von uns zunächst nichts zu essen hatten. Gerade da die Personenanzahl im Voraus klar kommuniziert war, sollte das eigentlich nicht passieren. Nichtsdestotrotz war es insgesamt ein gelungener Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Danke für alles!

Chef Cintamani was absolutely amazing!! I loved getting to hear from my brother and his girlfriend (who I had gifted the experience to) about how wonderful their experience was and how much they enjoyed everything from top to bottom. Thank you so much for making his 30th so special!

It was an amazing experience. Chef Cintamani was super professional and served us a real treat. Every dish was exquisite and visually striking as well. It was overall a memorable dinner.

Pour l'organisation d'un anniversaire et tout s'est très bien déroulé. La chef était très disponible par whatsapp pour échanger avant la prestation de l'organisation souhaitée.

Cinta was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and more than enough for a bunch of hungry grown men. ;-) We hope to repeat this in the future!

C’était vraiment très bon et la décoration des plats était vraiment magnifique !

It was a wonderful vegetetarian menu with generous portions and a lot of novel combinations of ingredients. We requested a lactose and gluten free menu and it was incredible how the adaptations were made by the chef. Kitchen was spotless afterwards and service was warm yet very discreet . Highly recommended.
