I am a 27 year old chef from Cyprus dedicated to creating refined and memorable dining experiences inspired by the culinary traditions of Southern Europe. After completing my culinary education in Amsterdam, I developed my craft working for michelin star chefs where precision, discipline, and respect for exceptional ingredients are essential. My cuisine blends classical European techniques with vibrant Mediterranean flavors, while drawing subtle inspiration from the Middle East and Asia.

Throughout my career, I have also competed in national culinary competitions, reaching the finals and continually pushing my creativity and technical skill. Each dining experience is designed around the client, focusing on personal preferences, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful details to create an atmosphere that feels both elegant and effortless for guests. The aim is to provide a refined and memorable culinary experience tailored specifically to those at the table
