The communication with our chef Mauro is what made everything so easy. He coped quickly with updated numbers, dietary requirements and child portions. He was always responsive and took my requests well for adaptions to the menu. I would recommend Mauro and would use him again.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, für unseren Junggesellenabschied einen privaten Koch zu buchen – und hätten uns wirklich niemand Besseren wünschen können! Er hat uns ein wunderschönes Vier-Gänge-Menü zubereitet, das nicht nur unglaublich lecker war, sondern auch wirklich jeden Geschmack getroffen hat. Jeder einzelne Gang war mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und unfassbar schön präsentiert und angerichtet. Auch seine gesamte Art hat uns absolut überzeugt: Er war von Anfang bis Ende super professionell, diskret, herzlich und sehr ordentlich. Dabei hat er sich vollkommen im Hintergrund gehalten, sodass wir unseren Abend ungestört genießen konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und das gemeinsame Essen war definitiv eines der Highlights unseres gesamten Wochenendes. Es war nicht einfach nur ein Abendessen, sondern ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis, das uns allen in wunderschöner Erinnerung bleiben wird.
