creative and bubbly chef

I started my culinary journey into the Vegan cooking almost 10 years ago, when I became vegetarian and a few years later vegan. I have always been a creative person and a food lover, this has allowed me to experiment with all sorts of ingredients in an inventive and diverse way.

It all began in London where I used to live a few years back. I went from making vegan cheesecakes for myself to supplying coffee shops across the City. 

Eager to learn more I decided to dive deeper into the vegan cooking world and started using new ingredients and making a variety of dishes.

Initially I held dinner for friends and family and a few years later, driven by their encouragement, I decided to take  a step further and slowly became a private chef. 

This jobs allows me to work in different places and keep my creativity alive by making new manus and customising existing ones according to clients needs.

I am constantly learning new skills and always open to share them with other people.
