Cook At Home in Bruxelles
I'm a young, self-taught cooking chef. When I started living alone, it was my first foray into the world of cooking.
But right from the start, I wasn't satisfied to simply cook to feed myself; I tried to understand how I could express something through a dish and also tap into my creative side, which is omnipresent in everything I do.
During my culinary training, I drew a lot of inspiration from everything around me, starting with my grandmother and my mother, both sources of inspiration. Then I started following the various seasons of Masterchef Italy and later YouTube channels like Italia Squisita, which are a direct route to gaining a wonderful understanding of Italian gastronomy.
Finally, after graduating in marketing and having had some disappointing experiences, I decided to try turning my passion into a profession. In October 2023, I enrolled in the haute cuisine course at the Food Genius Academy in Milan, where they taught me all the culinary techniques I needed to enter the world of work.
