Backed by a career spanning two and a half decades devoted to international haute cuisine, Chef Alecs Qintaro has built
a distinguished repertoire of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, premium cruise ships and exclusive establishments across the Caribbean, Florida, Middle East and Europe. With a degree in Gastronomy from Ecole d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme de la ville de Liège (Belgium) and specialising in classic French culinary techniques at Le Cordon Bleu (London), Alecs combines exquisite technique, a contemporary sensibility and deep multicultural knowledge in his cuisine.
