Spanish chef with extensive gastronomic knowledge, expert in seafood cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Spanish cuisine, avant-garde cuisine and innovative techniques.

I like to create dishes with flavours that stay in the memory.

I have been part of the team in different Michelin-starred restaurants (El Ermitaño*, Cocinandos*, Terra*, Miramar**).

In the last few years I have worked as Executive Chef and Head Chef.
