I have been in the gastronomic industry for more than 15 years.
I first learned, apprenticeship style, in Hotel el Parador Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, working as a head chef for 5 years. After that, I worked at hotel GAIA for 2 years, and after working in various high end restaurants, I've decided to leave the restaurant world to undertake more exclusive services.
This is when I found Chef Christopher Mora, and with him I've had the opportunity to hone my skills and be able to produce amazing work.
My greatest joy is seeing customers' satisfied faces after a good service.
