I'm a chef with 21 years of experience, certified by W.A.C.S. as chef de cuisine and trained at INA.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in 5-star boutique hotels with gourmet dishes, where I refined my skills and developed a style that balances creativity and authenticity.
My heart belongs to fusion cuisine, where I get to mix cultures, colors, and flavors using only fresh, quality ingredients.
