I’m Roberto Madrigal, a private chef based in Puerto Viejo on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. My journey began in fine dining at El Taller de Billy Sazon in San José. Today I bring contemporary Costa Rican cooking, tropical ingredients and warm hospitality to private dinners, brunches and cooking classes in villas and holiday homes. I welcome guests in English and Spanish and coordinate the menu and kitchen requirements before each experience. I serve Puerto Viejo, Cocles, Playa Chiquita, Punta Uva, Manzanillo and Cahuita.
